What A Mouthful!
Friday, October 14th – 8 pm – 881 Willamette St, Eugene – $10
Join us for an evening of art and laughs to benefit a lucky Eugene resident! “What A Mouthful” will feature stand up comedy from Mx. Dahlia Belle, Jane Malone, Rochelle Cote, and Ryan Danley. Suggested $10 donation at the door. We’ll also be having a silent art auction! Proceeds will go to a Eugene resident in need of dental care, to be determined at the show by the audience1 (proceed almost certainly going to White Bird Clinic as of Tuesday, October 11th).
Are you or someone you know in need of a dental procedure you cannot afford?
To be entered into the running as the recipient of the this show’s proceeds2 please email your name, general area you live, and a link to a gofundme you’ve already established to fund your dental care. Proceeds to be delivered to the winner on October 16th.
Requirements for entry:
1. Must be a resident of Eugene, Oregon or surrounding areas.
2. Must have a GoFundMe already established for your dental needs prior to October 13th, 20223
1 Audience will vote on the GoFundMe account that should receive the majority of the funds raised by the show. Some funds will be reserved for performers and artists (100% of tips collected during the show go to performers; 80% of door cover goes to dental fund with the other 20% goes to performer pay; 90% of silent auction funds goes to the dental fund with 10% going to the artist who donated the piece sold).
2 Audience will vote whether to give all proceeds to a single person or multiple people. In the event no one applies to be recipient of the funds, the donation will be given to the White Bird Clinic instead.
3 If you have not yet established a GoFundMe for your dental needs and do not know how to do so, please fill out the form so we contact you with instructions and tips for getting it set up. We will only accept recipients with an active GoFundMe specifically for a dental procedure, in part to ensure funds won through this show go to the intended purpose, and also to make it easier for people to donate to your needs before and after the show.
